I've been seeing him for going on 3 years now - we've had a good amount of success in treating my progression with aggressive immunotherapy treatments. My alk-phos levels dropped from nearly 900 to under 200 and my ASTs and LSTs stabilized (still higher than normal, but down about 50% from their high).
Mass General has been great for me (I switched from Beth Israel in Boston) - very responsive, I always see my specialist, and are comfortable using email and have a fully integrated EMR system so I don' t have to lug around my health history.
They are also running a study on PSC patients, so I'd welcome contact from anyone in the New England area about stitching to Ray/ MGH, or participating in the study.
