Has anyone tried Cinnamon capsules for inflammation? I started taking 2 over-the-counter Cinnamon 500 mg capsules at bedtime. It’s been 6 months and I haven’t had one cholangitis attack. I’m going to continue with the Cinnamon & let you know if I have an attack.
My philosophy is that if you think something is working for you, keep it going.
I agree as long as it’s not proven unsafe.
