My latest blood test showed ALK, GGT and CA-19 normal. But AST (SGOT) 85 U/L and
CARCINOEMBRYONIC AG 4.6 NG/ML. Used to be normal too. Nobody can’t explain why.

Glad you had some tests showing normal. Like tests for most PSCers, lab results can be a mixed bag.
When I look at my tests, it initially just showed results from that day. By adding past results, I could see the pattern over the date parameter I set-usually a year…
One advantage of this is that it helped put things in proper perspective, while pinpointing what needed to be watched in greater detail- is the change gradual or could it be a spike?
Your doctor would be the best one to address your concerns. Hopefully you are going to a hepatologist, and not a GI.
Keep in mind that nothing with PSC is predictable.
