Very interesting read, especially since I have been seeing a lot of activity surrounding curcumin. Sounds like there's a lot more packed into good 'ol tumeric!

Being an Indian, turmeric is used in home cooking pretty much every day.... fingers crossed that helps slow down the PSC if nothing else!
