Hello. Most recent ercp suggests no signs of psc according to surgeon. Last blood work ast-97, alt-110, alp-473 bilirubin-1.0. Mrcp showed dominant common hepatic duct stricture and multiple intra and extra hepatic duct strictures. Any suggestions…?

I think you have something going on. Both your ALT and ALP are elevated, your bilirubin is a high within normal. On your MRCP, did it show any beading? Surprised with both ercp and mrcp that your doc would not be able to diagnose or rule out psc.
What do they want to do next? Not sure who your doc is, but get your stuff read by a liver specialist if you aren’t already there.
