I just saw this on Facebook and thought I would as everyone here.
I saw a post that said for Itching Skin Remedy, squeeze 2 Tsp undiluted lemon juice on itchy skin and allow to dry.
What do you guys think? Has anyone tried this?

Perhaps might work on bug bites but doubtful with biliary itch. Torso and limbs covered with sticky coating of drying lemon juice along with dreaded itch doesn't sound too comfortable. Also, citric acid on any open scratch marks.... ouch. Have you tried it?
Stephen - with head to toe body itch, must be a lot of navigating the ice packs.. or is your itch usually localized?
Mine can be all over!! Trunk, extremities, scalp, crotch, you name it. Not good! Insanity right around next corner! Starts off as mild tingling, then tingling itch, then pinging/tingling very itchy itch. If it gets really bad, then like blackflies pinging, snapping, biting EVERYWHERE. That's only happened a couple times though thank g-d.. Worst place is tender skin along lash line, can't stop rubbing eyes into bloodshot mess. Will try ice packs gently over eyelids next time (hopefully no next time but likely many next times as disease progresses) and cold water tub for rest of bod.
I have not tried this at all. I am scared to feel the pain. I know about the open scratch marks....ugh! Even with using creams or anything to keep my skin hydrated, I tend to break the skin a lot. Let's just say I should buy stock in band-aids.....

With the itching gears up, my skin is super ultra-sensitive to even the softest fabrics. I have to wear loose-fitting garments of very slippery, satiny fabric and sometimes even the soft seams of these are still an irritant so wearing them inside out works better. (Not the greatest look for dressier occasions..) Fortunately the itching is tolerable during the day. Nighttime far worse (especially in warmer weather) and of course THAT’s when the cats pick to sprawl on top of me.
I feel you there Stephen. I think every piece of clothing I own has had some blood in it just from me scratching. Just the other day 4 of us were playing a board game at the table and all of sudden I had to get up and hobble to the bathroom. I scratched my leg up until I felt the smearing of blood. The others kept asking if I was ok. I just replied, "Yeah, my stupid scratching..." and laughed it off.
Full throttle itch all over can truly be as agonizing as fairly severe pain. Difficult to describe the intensity to those who have mainly experienced itching from bug bites. Lying in bed is the worst with half the body directly against sheet and pillowcase. Would sleep standing if I could, but that wouldn't help itchy feet issue. Right now just lightly itchy some evenings which hopefully won't get worse.. o no...warm summer nights nearly upon us..
Seat mate was a stranger....?
Oy. Well at least wasn't crotch. There should be a designated itch/scratch section on all forms of transportation.
