I’m not familiar with Mr Sisson’s approach, but the above article’s author’s assumption seems to be that proponents of the Paleo diet are religious about duplicating the diet of some imaginary person of that age based on some assumptions of human evolution (or the lack thereof).
The truth is that there are some very smart people with a lot of academic horsepower that research and write about this stuff on a daily basis. I’ve been reading some of it and plan on making my own foray into that path in a very short amount of time. I’ll certainly report back.
