My husband (38- diagnosed 2016) is recently having acne on weird parts of his body like close to knees and wrist. Not many. Like 1-2 at a time and not in close proximity. Could this be related to PSC? Anyone with similar experience?
He is on Ursodiol for about 3 years now and his blood enzymes are almost normal. No symptoms.

I’ve had something similar to what your husband is going through. Back in 2018 I had a lot of acne type bumps on both of my legs(below the knee) and by my wrists. They were more present than his seem to be(10-15 each leg or so). They lasted about a month and then went away. I’ll still get a stray one from time to time, but not nearly as bad as it was. I was itching a lot then, so maybe it’s a result of that?

I have similar symptoms. I get what look like white heads or swollen hair follicles on my legs, back and now forearms, they’re sometimes painful. I have other skin issues which look like tiny clusters of bumps. I also have a few oval shaped bald patches on my back and the back of my head, I’ve been shaving my head for years so luckily it’s not that noticeable or unsightly. From my understanding hair loss and skin issues are somewhat common with PSC and may have something to do with collagen production/regulation.
