My 13yr old has recently been diagnosed with PSC with also ulcerative colitis - as you can imagine it's a real worrying time although he is largely asymptomatic following our wonderful treatment at birmingham childrens -
Does anyone have any thoughts and ideas about diet that I could use to help him out

Hi. Try asking your doctor about vancomycin. My daughter is 7, diagnosed with PSC at 5. Just started vancomycin in June this year. Roughly every 6 weeks since June, we are seeing GGT blood readings drop by about 30%. Praise the Lord!
hey thank you! not heard of vancomycin - son is on urso and mesalazine at the moment - his readings seem fairly stable and we're more with gastro than liver team at the moment - any diet tips?
