PSC diagnosis in 2019, on PLN-74809 trial

Greetings,
I was diagnosed with PSC around 2019 after I had a hemicolectomy for crohn’s disease. I have had crohn’s disease since 1987. Over the past few years I have had a couple instances where my liver enzymes shot up and I ended up being mostly fatigued and feeling sickly. Had a stent placed last year and removed in December.

More recently, I was able to get on the clinical trial for PLN-74809. My ALP at last check was down to 130ish, so fingers crossed. This trial is only 3 months long so I don’t know what I’ll do after that.

Zachary,
I hope that trial keeps going well and that you get good results.
Let us know how it goes.
Jeff
