I was recently diagnosed with PSC just about 3 months ago and I have had 6 ERCps so far with 6 stents just to help open up my bile ducts. My most recent one eas just last Wednesday. However, I am jaundiced again, just like I was when I was first diagnosed. That, I can deal with, but I continue to have diffuse itching and has much trouble sleeping. I can fall asleep fine, but wake up about 2-3 hours later. I have tried naltrexone, benadryl and vistaril as well as questran, not much help yet. Also trying lunesta and ambien for the insomnia, but also not much help so far. Any thoughts or suggestions? Also has anyone ever had to have continued ERCPs for the blockages? Thanks all.
