Gee, Cynthia, it sounds to me like you could use a second opinion by a hepatologist. All PSC patients have bad bile ducts - that's the whole point of the disease. Can you go to a nearby transplant center? I think you'd get a lot of questions answered. As for the MELD score, if you go on the UNOS website (http://www.unos.org/index.php) you can get information about that and a lot of other things. Check it out!
