# Newly diagnosed after a long year

That bilirubin at still high enough to cause you a lot of itching. When mine hit 5, my doc wanted to do an ERCP to break up a suspected clogged bile duct.

Would you be able to talk with your doc about that?

In UK with the not so wonderful NHS.  
If I need advice my first port of call is always the Mayo, wish to God my family had access to that hospital .
