Hi.

Just wanted to ask-what motivational sayings do you have that gets you through all the “stuff” we have to go through each day?

I have two. One is an incident-specific saying, with limited applicability that later morphed into my second one that is much more useful.

1. Any day you bust out of a hospital is a damn good day.
We aren’t feeling our best when we are discharged, so this helped me on the days I get kicked out of a hospital.

2. Any day you are not in a hospital is a damn good day.
This has helped me get through many bad days, knowing things could be a lot worse.

What sayings helped you get through your day or have helped in the past?

Jeff

Thanks Paul. Those are both excellent chapters.
