# Bananas, good or bad

I know that in a normal fit and healthy person that bananas are good for you. I also know that they are difficult to digest. My point is are they ok for someone with PSC or should they be avoided.

I think one banana per day works well for me. If I eat more than that, I find I feel itchier. I think you will likely only get anecdotal replies, so I hope this helps.
